    Not happy with your price plan and looking to swap to a package that suits your communication habits better than the one you’re on currently?

    Already got a subscription but want to change price plan?

    If you want to switch to a different subscription but keep your number, you have two options:
    ❑ you can change package directly in your Customer Area.
    It's very easy ! In "My subscriptions" choose "Change plan or mobile" and personalise your offer and services in a just a few clicks.
    ❑ You can also visit your nearest Orange shop, where our agents will take care of everything.

    Got a subscription with smartphone?

    You can also change plan under certain conditions. Our advisers will tell you the outstanding balance on this phone as well as the months remaining on your contract. If you benefited from promotional discounts on the mobile phone when you signed your contract, you will also be billed for this benefit.

    Think about recycling, too: we will buy back your old mobile phone, you estimate its value and, depending on the model or its condition, you will receive up to 400€.

    Looking to swap your phone, because it's not the one for you?
    Choose a new one online. 
    If your previous contract still has some time to run, we will tell you the balance you need to pay to be able to choose a new Smartphone.

     

    Contract
    When everything is clear, it makes things easier!

    Mobile phone contract:
    The new Orange offers are free from contract if you don't have a mobile phone associated with the SIM card. If you have a mobile phone associated with your SIM card, the contractual term is 24 months.

    Fixed line contract deals: 
    Fixed line installation is subject to a contract of 24 months, and requires installation in your home. 

    Transferring your subscription to a third person – Change of Account Holder

    For one reason or another, you may need to transfer one or more lines to somebody else. For example, your eldest child is flying the nest and wants to take responsibility for their telephone line.

    Mobile advantage
    When you take out a plan that gives you a phone, you spread the payment for the mobile over 24 months. This means that, during the contract period, this amount will be added to the phone plan.
