• Samsung : how to download an eSIM profile for your Samsung?

    Once you have made the eSIM activation request, you need to download the profile onto your Samsung mobile.

    These are the steps to follow to make this modification.

    Prerequisites:
    To download the profile, your telephone must be connected to a WiFi network.
    You must have received a QR code by e-mail or collected one from a shop.

    1- Swipe up to access Applications

     

     

    2- Select Settings

     

     

    3- Go to Connections

     

     

    4- Choose SIM card manager

     

     

    5- Select Add mobile plan

     

     

    6- Go to Add via QR code

     

     

    7- Scan the QR Code

    Scan the QR Code that appears on your mobile or on your computer.

     

     

    8- Confirm with Add

     

     

    9- Wait while the profile is downloaded
     

     

     

    10- Select OK to confirm activation
     

     

     

    11- The mobile interrogates the network
     

     

     

    12- Go to Restart
    Restarting allows you to benefit from all eSIM services
    Note: if you want to configure a PIN code, by default, the code is 0000. For more security, remember to change it
