You can also Top Up on your Customer Area: once connected, scroll down on the home page until you see the insert for the line you want to recharge.
Click on the "Top up" button and let yourself be guided.
Two payment methods are possible
❑ Credit card
❑ Via a voucher previously purchased in a shop, supermarket or press corner.
With a voucher from your phone
You can buy a voucher in an Orange shop or in a supermarket, gas station or press corner.
Each voucher has a 12-digit suite.
To reload with a voucher, send the 12 digits by SMS to 60121.
You will receive an SMS telling you that your prepaid card is reloaded.
You can also enter your voucher code online by clickinghere.
Reload abroad
Two possible solutions:

Whatever your use, one of our "good deal" will allow you to benefit from advantageous rates. The price of the good deal is deducted from your activation credit.
Find the list of good deals available here if you have a Hello prepaid cardhere.
Activate your good deal by sending its code by sms to 60280 or from your Customer Area.
Validity
Your credit remains valid for a period of 12 months, as long as it is not completely exhausted or the call number is not disabled.
If the expiry date of your SIM card has expired, you will not be able to recharge your SIM card and your phone number will not be available anymore.
We ask you to contact our Customer Service at 606 to extend the validity period of your SIM card by a few days to allow you to buy credit.
