1. Contact customer service during business hours ( From Monday to Friday - 8am to 8pm and on Saturdays 8am to 5pm) on 080061606 or 352 661061606
2. Your customer service agent will first ask security questions based on your mobile number, and then will communicate your PUK number that will allow you to unlock your mobile phone.
Please note that if you entered a wrong PUK number 10 times, we won't be able to restore service.
If so, you will have to go to a shop in order to ask for a new SIM card but you will be able to keep your current phone number.
3. You will need to create a new PIN number and confirm it a second time.
