• My last bill has been paid, but the new bill shows this amount again. What should I do?

    All payments made before the end of the month are taken into account on the next month’s bill.

    If payment reaches us after the end of the month, it won’t be reflected in the new bill.

    Contact your bank and ask them to confirm payment of your last Orange bill.

    If payment has been made, only pay the difference, i.e. the total amount of the new bill that appears at the top of the first page.

    In all cases, Orange offers the option of paying your bill by direct debit.
