• How to access your bill?

    Each month Orange will send you an email to advise you that your bill is available in your Client Space.

    The mail may go into your junk mail, or your mailbox might be full, or the email address that we have might be invalid. Contact the customer service department to update the email address you use to receive your bills.

    If you choose to receive your bill by mail (2€ additional charge) and it has not arrived at your home address, please contact the customer service department in order to verify the last postal address on record.
